The terms that apply when you use the Elcara website, elcara.ai, including content, links and liability.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use our website, elcara.ai, and any pages linked to it that we run (the “site”).
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you use the site for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
These terms cover the website only. When a business hires us, a separate client agreement covers our services, including Freya. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement wins.
2. Who we are
The site is run by Elcara L.L.C-FZ (“Elcara”, “we”, “us”), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. We are licensed by the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, under trade licence number 2422258.01.
We are an applied AI lab. We work inside client businesses, connect their systems and build AI that runs business functions. Our main product is Freya, an AI chief of staff.

3. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about Elcara and to contact us. When you do, please:
- follow the law
- give true information when you contact us or book a call
- respect the site and other people
You must not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site at scale, by robot or other automated means, without our written permission
- use the site to send spam, malware or harmful code
- pretend to be someone else or to be linked with Elcara when you are not
- use the site in a way that breaks anyone’s rights
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. We may block access if we think someone is misusing it.
4. Intellectual property
We own, or have permission to use, everything on the site. That includes text, images, video, design, logos and code. The names Elcara and Freya, and our logos, are our brands.
You may view the site and print or save pages for your own use, or to share inside your company when deciding whether to work with us. You must not copy, change, sell or republish our content without our written permission. You must not use our brands in a way that suggests we endorse you.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without owing you anything. We will not use your name without your permission.
5. Information on the site is not advice
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date. But the content is general information about us and our work. It is not legal, financial, tax, technical or other professional advice.
Case studies, examples and results describe past work. They do not promise the same result for your business.
Do not rely on the site alone when making decisions. Talk to us, or to a qualified adviser, about your own situation.
We do not promise that the site is complete, current or free from errors. Descriptions of Freya and our services may change as we develop them.
6. Links and third-party services
The site links to sites and services run by others. Cal.com’s terms apply to your use of its calendar. Our privacy policy covers the booking data Cal.com collects for us.
We do not control third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. A link does not mean we endorse them.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data from the site. You can read it at elcara.ai/privacy.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the site beyond those in these terms. That includes promises that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, data or goodwill
- indirect or consequential loss
- loss caused by viruses or harmful material that reach your devices through the site
- loss from relying on content on the site
- loss caused by third-party sites or services, including Cal.com
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you arising from the site is limited to AED 500.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. This includes liability for fraud, for gross negligence, and for death or personal injury that we cause.
9. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law when using the site, and someone makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim. This includes reasonable legal fees.
10. Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute or claim that comes from them or from the site, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply in Dubai.
You and we agree that the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts) have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. This is an express agreement to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, as Article 5(A)(2) of Dubai Law No. 12 of 2004 (as amended) allows.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. General
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation and the two differ, the English version applies.
